A Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) is someone who has passed an accredited exam such as ServSafe Manager, Prometric or NRFSP. The FDA Food Code asks that at least one employee with supervisory authority in each establishment holds this certification.
Accredited exams
Manager certification programs are accredited against the Conference for Food Protection standards (ANAB). iPrep prepares you for these six, which test the same FDA Food Code knowledge:
